Job Description: Maintain responsibility for multi-skilled operations, including Layer-3 networking, virtualization, systems administration, and platform support. Lead junior operators and engineering staff in the coordination of engineering and operational activities and coordinate across teams to meet engineering and operational service level agreements (SLAs). Perform a variety of analytical tasks concerning the design and implementation of IT services and solutions, including personnel, hardware, software, and support for facilities or equipment. Plan and perform analytical and engineering research, design development, and other assignments in conformance with design, engineering, and client specifications.
