LCAT: Systems Administrator Level 3 or 4
Job Description: Responsible for systems engineering and operations for enterprise virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) servers. VDI engineering responsibilities include environment planning, management of license files, and coordinating across functional teams to implement necessary routing, firewall, identity management, and desktop baseline configurations. Additional responsibilities include monitoring of system health and performance through various means (Splunk, Solarwinds, and Citrix); to ensure proper functionality and performance is maintained across the enterprise VDI instances. Coordinate with government leadership and regional stakeholders to gather and analyze users’ requirements, develop & maintain concept of operations documents, and develop high-level system architectures to satisfy requirements specifications.
Must Haves: Experience with Citrix Virtual Desktop and Virtual Application engineering
